Clarify the need
Clarify with you the need, the requirements, the exclusions and the unknowns.
Deliverable: need reviewed and completed in your project, essential questions answered or explicitly assumed.
Assess, then deliver
Your project is the starting point. Once it's ready, Linuen reads it and discusses it with you; after that, Linuen can deliver the solution, or support you service by service, each with a defined deliverable.
Linuen takes on delivery of the assessed solution, or oversees its delivery by a partner. The mandate is negotiated from your project — scope, assumptions and ranges are already written there — and the dollar equivalent of your assessment is deducted from it.
Before any mandate or service, Linuen reads your project and discusses it with you. This conversation produces no deliverable and writes nothing to your project: it costs nothing.
Each service has a defined deliverable and a price proposed in writing, which you accept before it begins.
Clarify with you the need, the requirements, the exclusions and the unknowns.
Deliverable: need reviewed and completed in your project, essential questions answered or explicitly assumed.
Compare approaches (build, buy, integrate, hybrid) against your criteria.
Deliverable: scenarios compared with trade-offs, costs and conditions.
Clarify components, flows, security, integrations and dependencies.
Deliverable: revised architecture and justified decisions, linked to references.
Review work packages, effort assumptions, rates and recurring expenses.
Deliverable: revised estimate with ranges and explicit assumptions.
Beyond the first conversation: we go through the project with you, finding by finding — assumptions, figures, what remains to be decided.
Deliverable: review summary and corrections entered in your project.
Prepare the transmission to a delivery partner, with only the authorized information.
Deliverable: partner package saved, transmission logged, feedback recorded.
Read partners' feedback, compare and decide. Linuen is itself a candidate for delivery: we say so, and the partner package is still built to compare against others.
Deliverable: decision summary and next steps.
You write from a project in your workspace or through the contact form; Linuen replies to you by email. A service or mandate begins when you accept its proposal — never before.
The software itself is paid for in credits; services and mandates are separate. Pricing
