A plan suited to your projects
A cost announced upfront.
An informed decision.
A one-time purchase for an occasional project, a subscription if you assess often. Each operation states its price in credits before you launch it. Prices in Canadian dollars, before taxes.
Pilot in progress: online credit purchases are closed; credits are provided by Linuen. Write to us to be notified when sales open.
Understanding credits
The cost follows the operation.
| Operation | Targeted / small | Standard / medium | Extended / large |
| First assessment or full redesign | 100 | 200 | 300 |
| Targeted refinement | 25 | 50 | 75 |
| New approach | 60 | 120 | 180 |
| Document analysis into the references | 25 | 75 | 150 |
| Complete standalone package | 50 | 75 | 100 |
| Interface mockups (one pass) | 40 | 80 | 120 |
Free operations Creating an empty project · Manual corrections to the scoping, the estimate and the texts · Deterministic calculations · Viewing and comparing existing versions · Raw data export · Re-display or new download of a standalone package already purchased | 0 |
The scope depends on the requested analysis (processes, integrations, constraints, selected volume), never on the estimated budget or a model. The thresholds are explainable, versioned and shown before launch; beyond them, breakdown or quote, never a surprise invoice.
Balance, renewal and incidents
- Monthly credits are granted after payment is confirmed; a monthly allocation can be carried over for one period only, at most one carried over at a time; the oldest are used first.
- Credits purchased one time are tracked separately and do not expire.
- Credits are held at launch, debited once at delivery, released if the operation fails without a result — immediately on a final failure, after the reconciliation delay in other cases; a technical retry costs nothing more.
- No ambiguous billable cancellation: a cycle once started is either completed or reconciled.
- Plan changes take effect at the next renewal; a top-up covers an immediate need.
- No automatic top-up by default.
- Credits represent product operations; they are neither provider tokens nor a convertible wallet. Cancellation stops the renewal; your projects, raw data export and already-purchased packages remain accessible under the announced policy.
Example of consumption
One-time project plan (300 credits): first standard assessment (200) + standard standalone package (75) = 275 credits, 25 left. A first extended assessment (300) therefore does not include its full export: the total for analysis + export is shown before purchase.
